Patience, Persistence, Consistency

Most people chase intensity.

They sprint for a few days, feel unstoppable, then disappear for weeks. It feels productive, even heroic. It's also the fastest way to go nowhere.

The real game is quieter.

Patience is staying calm when nothing seems to be working. No instant results, no validation, just silence. And you don't flinch.

Persistence is what kicks in when things go wrong. Plans break, attempts fail, momentum dies. You still show up and try again.

Consistency is the one that actually does the work. It's boring. It's repetitive. It's doing the same small thing again tomorrow, and the day after, long after the excitement is gone.

Most people overvalue the first two because they sound noble. But without consistency, they're useless. Waiting without action is just delay. Trying hard occasionally is just noise.

Consistency compounds. Everything else just supports it.

You don't need a perfect plan. You don't need motivation every day.

Just show up.
